Microsoft is having issues with Outlook.com and Microsoft Teams service. The connection to the services from The Hub is not stable. As Microsoft's aforementioned efforts are taking longer than expected, Microsoft is continuing its work to gather an ETA for how long the fixed deployment will take to complete.
